Kate Nash is interested in inter-disciplinary conversations in which the sociological imagination is valued and put to work. Previously Professor of Sociology at Goldsmiths, she has also been Visiting Professor at Sciences Po, Paris, the New School for Social Research, New York, Stockholm University and the UN University for Peace, San José, Costa Rica. She is a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Cultural Sociology, Yale University, and a member of the editorial board of Cultural Sociology. She has also contributed to debates in political sociology, political theory, feminist theory, and media studies, particularly around citizenship and human rights.
