Michael Galchinsky is the Vice Provost and Dean for Undergraduate Affairs at Colorado State University (Ph.D. U.C. Berkeley, 1994). In his scholarship, Dr. Galchinsky has investigated human rights and Jewish studies. His books include The Modes of Human Rights Literature: Towards a Culture without Borders (Palgrave, 2016), Jews and Human Rights: Dancing at Three Weddings (Rowman and Littlefield, 2008), and The Origin of the Modern Jewish Woman Writer: Romance and Reform in Victorian England (Wayne State UP, 1994). Since 2009, he has been a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Cultural Sociology, Yale University.
