The CCS proudly extends congratulations to Nadya Jaworsky, an alumna of the CCS, for her promotion to Professor of Sociology at Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia.
On December 12, 2023, Nadya Jaworsky was named a Professor of Sociology, at the Carolinum Hall at Charles University in Prague. The President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel (pictured to the left of Nadya), and the Minister of Education, Mikuláš Bek (pictured to the right), presented the decree. Nadya is now the only female professor in the Department of Sociology at Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia.
